By purchasing accessories through our website, you agree to the following return and refund terms. We strive to make the process simple, clear, and customer-friendly for a smooth shopping experience.  

Eligibility for Returns  

Returns are accepted only for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.  

  • Ensure all tags, labels, and packaging are intact.  
  • Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered are not eligible for return.  
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.  
  • Items not meeting these requirements cannot be accepted for return.  

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit Request  

Email your return request along with your Order ID and reason for return to oryndellighthub@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos  

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, attach clear photos to help us process your request quickly.  

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions  

After your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning your item. Returns not meeting our guidelines may be declined.  

Refund Process and Timeline  

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.  

Partial Refunds  

If an item only partially meets return conditions, such as minor damage or missing packaging, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or videos to help us resolve the issue quickly.
